CRAPPIE:
The Crappie fishing has been excellent for the past week. I’ve been catching good numbers and good size, fishing mostly in 2 to 6 foot of water along the bank. Catching fish on a tube set under a float and casting 1/16 oz jigs. Can’t go wrong with Chartreuse.

BASS:
I’ve been fortunate enough to have a couple of bass trips this past week. We found good action fishing secondary points with a small floating hard jerk bait. The Pointer, by Lucky Craft and a Rogue seemed to be irresistible to bass in 2 to 5 foot of water.

Captain Kirk, Out!
